LandBridge and PowerBridge sign long-term ground lease and power royalty agreement for Alpha Phase I

PowerBridge begins construction on Alpha Phase I of a planned 2 gigawatt powered data center campus in Reeves County, Texas

PowerBridge exercised its option to lease an initial 825-acre portion of the approximately 3,400 acres under option for the Alpha Digital Campus. Phase I is expected to include more than 300 megawatts, with first power delivery anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2027.
